1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EventRICH.AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and EventRICH.AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
EventRICH.AI provides advanced event tracking, analytics, and business intelligence services including but not limited to:

3. User Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree to use EventRICH.AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

- • To collect, track, or harvest personally identifiable information without proper consent
- • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
- • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

- • To engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

- • We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
- • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying
Refund Policy
- • 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who are not satisfied
- • Pro-rated refunds for service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
- • Setup fees are non-refundable after service has been activated
- • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying event
- • Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days
7. Intellectual Property Rights
EventRICH.AI and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including:

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

- • 99.9% uptime availability guarantee (excluding planned maintenance)

Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

- • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions) exclude liability
9. Termination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

- • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- • Access continues until end of billing period
- • Data export available for 90 days post-cancellation
- • No refund for partial month usage
Termination by Us
- • Violation of these Terms of Service
- • Non-payment after grace period
- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Abuse of our systems or support staff
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:
- 1. Direct Communication: Attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with our legal team
- 2. Mediation: If direct communication fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation
- 3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
